“The stay was pleasant and the room was clean and the staff was wonderful. However, the only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was old and needed replaced. When I slept on it, I rolled into the middle of the bed. The springs in the mattress then had its last days. I informed the front desk and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and was unable to get me another room. Overall, the hotel was nice.”

“The Arabic lady in the facility that remained at the front desk was very cross with me and others. I was in a room that continued to drip from upstairs, I was not offered another room even though this had been going on for two days. My bathroom floor was soaked. I sat for almost two hours to get checked in after I had already paid online. I sat there watching her take walk-ins and a couple that made reservations from their car. Because he had come in and the price that she quoted was different……
